In a Very Zekey Hat

I don't have much to say...shocking for those who know me. I just wanted to share a cute picture of my baby in a hat knitted by his grandmother. Ain't it cute?

Rock Band

I love Guitar Hero. Grandpa came for a visit and brought an XBOX 360 for the kiddos (fyi that includes my husband and I). We ended up getting Rock Band in the same weekend. It really is a blast though. I highly recommend it if your kids like video games and you want to relate to them while doing something they enjoy. My hubby and my boys are big into video games. My dh's fav is World of Warcraft. I admit. I made my own character myself and did a little quest. It was fun. Right now we are totally digging Rock Band though. My husband is the drummer, I am the singer (with my daughter), my oldest son plays guitar and my second son is the bass guitarist. It is a hoot. We already have several gigs booked and are earning money. I wish the songs were more my cup-o-tea...but it's still fun. I wish there were some more of what the radio now calls "classic rock" on there. Most of the songs we have unlocked so far must be new. I've never heard many of them before we played them. Anyway, I am NOT your usual video game player but I'm having fun with this. We laugh alot with this game. Check it out!
